Day 1

Arrival Day: La Paz

Arrival at La Paz´s airport, you will be taken to your selected hotel. Overnight stay at the selected hotel.

Day 2

City Tour: La Paz + Moon Valley

Breakfast at the hotel. HD Tiwanaku Pick up from the hotel to begin the excursion, an antique pre-Incavarcheological city that is located 72 km from La Paz city. It was listed as a World Heritage Site in 2000 by UNESCO. We will visit Ceramic Museum, important temples such as Akapana Pyramid, Semi-subterranean Temple, Kalasasaya Temple next to the famous “The Gate of the Sun”, Ponce Monolith and Puma Punku. Return to La Paz and small stop to visit crops of potatoes and quinoas.
Arrival at the hotel.

HD City Tour La Paz (La Paz Downtown +Cableway) + Moon Valley Pick up from the hotel and visit the Traditional Markets from La Paz city, sightseeing San Pedro Jail. Then, we will take the cableway from where we can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of La Paz. And visit Moon Valley it is located 10 km. from downtown of La Paz´s city. Finally, we will visit the Historic Center of La Paz where we will visit Witches´ Market, San Francisco Church, Murrillo Square, Executive Palace, Legislative Palace, Metropolitan Cathedral and Killi Killi Viewpoint.

Return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the selected hotel.

Day 3

La Paz – Uyuni: Full day excursion

Breakfast at the hotel. Pick up from the hotel to the airport. Arrival and transfer to Uyuni city.
Train Cemetery + Colchani (salt processing) + Salt Mounds + Eyes of water + Salt Museum + Sajchilla Island + Lunch + Incahuasi Island.
Visit the train cemetery (old steam locomotives that were used to transport minerals), we will then continue the journey to the village of Colchani, where the processing of salt can be observed (drying, grinding and packaging of salt) you will also have the opportunity to purchase handicrafts made of salt.

Then we will be able to see the Salt mounds (first stage in processing the salt, the drying), Eyes of water (groundwater that flow to the surface) and the Salt Museum built from salt. Then, visit Sajchilla Island where you will be able to walk around for 20 minutes to explore the island. Lunch. We continue to Incahuasi Island (a rocky island in the middle of the salt flat where we can observe giant cactuses, some of them are more than 100 years old, from the top you can see the salt flats in its entirety).
Return to Uyuni.
Overnight in Uyuni city or Colchani.

Day 4
Transfer Out: Uyuni – La Paz

Breakfast at the hotel.

Día de llegada: La Paz

Llegada al aeropuerto de La Paz, será llevado a su hotel seleccionado. Noche en el hotel seleccionado.

Dia 2
City Tour: La Paz + Valle de la Luna

Desayuno en el hotel. HD Tiwanaku Recojo del hotel para comenzar la excursión, una antigua ciudad preincavarológica que se encuentra a 72 km de la ciudad de La Paz. Fue catalogado como Patrimonio de la Humanidad en 2000 por la UNESCO. Visitaremos el Museo de Cerámica, templos importantes como la Pirámide de Akapana, el Templo Semisubterráneo, el Templo Kalasasaya al lado de la famosa “La Puerta del Sol”, el Monolito de Ponce y Puma Punku. Regreso a La Paz y pequeña parada para visitar cultivos de papas y quinua.
Llegada al hotel.

HD City Tour La Paz (Centro de La Paz + Teleférico) + Valle de la Luna Recogida en el hotel y visita a los mercados tradicionales de la ciudad de La Paz, visitando la cárcel de San Pedro. Luego, tomaremos el teleférico desde donde podremos disfrutar de una maravillosa vista panorámica de La Paz. Y visitar Moon Valley se encuentra a 10 km. del centro de la ciudad de La Paz. Finalmente, visitaremos el Centro Histórico de La Paz, donde visitaremos el Mercado de las Brujas, la Iglesia de San Francisco, la Plaza Murrillo, el Palacio Ejecutivo, el Palacio Legislativo, la Catedral Metropolitana y el Mirador Killi Killi.

Regreso al hotel. Noche en el hotel seleccionado.

Día 3
La Paz – Uyuni: excursión de día completo

Desayuno en el hotel. Recojo del hotel al aeropuerto. Llegada y traslado a la ciudad de Uyuni.
Cementerio de trenes + Colchani (procesamiento de sal) + Montículos de sal + Ojos de agua + Museo de la sal + Isla Sajchilla + Almuerzo + Isla Incahuasi.
Visite el cementerio de trenes (antiguas locomotoras de vapor que se utilizaron para transportar minerales), luego continuaremos el viaje hasta el pueblo de Colchani, donde se puede observar el procesamiento de la sal (secado, molienda y envasado de sal) también tendrá el oportunidad de comprar artesanías hechas de sal.

Luego podremos ver los montículos de sal (primera etapa en el procesamiento de la sal, el secado), los ojos de agua (agua subterránea que fluye a la superficie) y el Museo de la Sal construido con sal. Luego, visite la isla Sajchilla, donde podrá caminar durante 20 minutos para explorar la isla. Almuerzo. Continuamos hacia la isla Incahuasi (una isla rocosa en medio del salar donde podemos observar cactus gigantes, algunos de ellos tienen más de 100 años, desde la cima se pueden ver las salinas en su totalidad).
Regreso a Uyuni.
Noche en la ciudad de Uyuni o Colchani.

Día 4
Transfer Out: Uyuni – La Paz

Desayuno en el hotel.
Recojo del hotel y traslado al aeropuerto. (SI)
